She weighted more than 10kgs in a year until she was Skinny ▶ Fit ▶Mild Obesity.

She gained weight... no matter how much she tried to loose weight, no matter how well she gain weight, the weight was not dropped down on the arms.

And this became a stress!

She visited Pretty Body Clinic after she researched from the community blog and there were a lot of people.

She had taken the photo of front and back and decided to undergo the procedures with Pretty Body Clinic.

Luckily, there was a spot she can undergo the procedure the next day of the consultation day (Of course she put the deposit too)

She added the arms with braline liposuction surgery and also, botox injection on her calves.

She felt very relieved with the procedures because the surgeons are very professional and explained about the surgery what she can expected from it.

Plus, full time anesthesiologist always keep monitoring her body condition from beginning of the operation start and discharge the hospital.

(I heard so many clinics don't have full time anesthesiologist and it causes the unexpected medical incident as well- have read some dead cases with Plastic Surgery even it was very simple procedure)

Before the surgery, a lady measure her body size for the compression garment and it was customer-tailored.

First of all, there's a lot of fat on the back of arms, it was 30cm!

The doctor said that he would remove the sides of the armpit (Did you work out your calves, too?)

It was stress on her calves, but she thinks it was a good thing she did it while she was under anesthesia.

The doctor will do everything done while she is under anesthesia.

<The next day after surgery>

On the first day, Her surgery was in the morning and back home in the afternoon, but it did not hurt at first time.

She went home via taxi and felt all the pain in sudden.

She also took 2 tablets of painkillers. Also, even though she poured it out additionally, the feeling of burning her back was so bad.

She went to PBC the next day for wound clean and check up.

(It was Monday, and felt much better ...can say amazing!)

She could not believe that the first measurement was 28cm with severe swelling and have not measure the abdomen yet.

Her whole body was so swollen....a lot.

Her heigh and weight was 161 cm and 59~60kgs but after surgery, her weight increased to 62~63ks.

It was hard to control the appetite because you are forced to lose fat and eat to live.

She took the weekends off on Monday..

She felt she is dying of pain even if she brushed her skin slightly, but she also went to work...OMG!

When someone touches, the pain gets worse even if it touches so gently.

so she put it on the garment in the morning and evening.

She slept in a compression garment, took off it for a while in the morning, got ready and went to work.

It was possible because it was on April! She could not go out if it was in Summer!

She took the 3 different medications to reducing the swelling and drank honey bush for 2 weeks.

She control her appetite and organized her meal in healthy! no salty food and took 3 times a day regularly!

And she can see all the swollen go down to bottom part from the top body!

The worse swollen she had in the moment and then slowly it subsided to the bottom part (and also the bruises as well)

She lived very far away from the clinic so could not go to the clinic regularly for the post operative treatment.

She bought Radio frequency laser machine (using at home) and massage with it right after she got a stitch removal.

She lifted up her arms as long as possible even it was really painful.

It was very worth it!! 

All the swollen and bruises were all gone plus, she could lift up her arms and twist her body without any pain!

The Skin get really soft from hard texture!

The Compression garment get bigger and bigger already 3 times and adjusted 3 times too! (It was amazing that no charge for adjustment!)

The weight is turn down to 54kgs now and the sizes are 10cm smaller than before surgery!

She used to have saggy and flabby arms so she did not expected that she will have toned shape after surgery!

The compression garment helped to tighten up the flabby arms after surgery and get more toned!

The doctor removed the about 1800cc of pure fats! (If the liquid and blood included then more than 2200cc - She hard to see any red liquid and there were more yellowish fats)

(she had not much fats on the abdomen area)

The waist and arms turned to very slim and curved shape!!

**She recommend Radio Frequency laser treatment machine from the online shopping mall and no need to get an expensive one at all!

She bought it under KRW 100K or little bit more.

She is very happy with the result and it was the first time somebody said she is super skinny (where the fats ?!) in her life.

She works out regularly after meal and just eat meal as usual.

She never paid for Personal Training at all!
