She over 40's and always had skinny body even though she eats so well and work out regularly.
Making body shape what she want to build was so hard especially breasts and butt area.
So she was wondering whether able to get an operation on her breasts and butt area taken out the fats from her body.
As she is quite skinny and 1st thought was the putting the implants on her boobs.
However. using implant on her boobs are okay but what about butt area?
Rarely, putting implants on the butt area is very risky and also, look unnatural as well.

a) Take out the fats from abdomen or thighs for fat transfer breasts or bbl.
b) Take out the fats from abdomen or thighs and little bit of improvement on her both breasts and butt area
c) Do full body liposuction and fat transfer to both breasts and butt area as much as possible.
She want to get rid of all the fats out and give some volume(dramatic)on her both breasts and butt area.

The doctor took out 4,000cc of pure fats and put 2,000cc of fats on her butt area.
(Just top up the fats into the breasts to fill out the sunken part)
She recovered so well and all the swelling goes down in 10 days of the surgery.
(Its really fast.. it normally subside slowly from 7 days not all the swelling goes down in 10 days)
Even though all the swelling went down, her body volume was improved with nice curve.
Make some more hourglass shape from her waistline (We called Barbie Line) and fill out the hip dips - which is very hard to fill it out with work out as well unless you work out everyday for 2 hours.
She is very happy with her result from full body liposuction and body fat transfer!
She is so exciting to see her body settled after a month!
