1. The reason why she decided to do it & Visit.

She would like to wear a pair of jeans but cannot wear it due excessive fats in her thighs more than other body part.

She read reviews and visited the clinic where the most reputable reviews and photos.

The clinic she chose was Pretty Body Clinic. The consultant was very nice and very honest with the result she diagnosed on InBody analysis.

She told her consultant honestly why she wanted to get a liposuction and what concerns she having it.

The consultant recommended the areas what she can get a liposuction surgery in her budget.

This was the best part!

The staff in the reception desk, consultant, and the other staff were so nice so she decided to pay the deposit in advance.

2. Operation Day

She was so nervous and shaking her body a lot.

Read all the reviews about the day of the operation " Once fall a sleep in the Operation Day, all the surgeries were finished and already resting in the recovery room".

Even she reminded it, worried that if she woke up during the operation...

The important thing is the nurses in the operation room also very kind too.

They relieved me until she fall asleep.

Woke up from the anesthesia, the surgery were finished and she was shaking her body due to coldness. 

The nurse covered me with a blankets and she could had good sleep.

A Half hour after woke up from the anesthesia, she said she able to go home by herself because she had no nausea, shaking, heats, or any pains at all.

The nurses were so worried about me but check her body condition before she leave.

She had to rest for some hours just in case she might fall over on the way of going home.

She went toilet several times and pain to lay down on bed.

After meal, she took a packet of the medications prescribed from the clinic.

3. Day 2

She read day 2 is the most painful day after surgery in the reviews.

Woke up in the morning, she felt okay at the moment but it was not okay..

If the pain level is 1~10 then she felt this pain level 7~8 like somebody hit her. And... the menstruation is just started that day.. How awesome..

The back is terribly painful due to menstruation, and thighs are soooo hard but need to go to clinic for wounds check up.

The doctor and nurse checked on her surgery area and there were not much bruises. 

The liquid absorbed into the body and some parts out via urine.

The doctor was so sweet and told her how much fat has been removed from her thighs.

He removed 3,500cc of pure fats from her thighs, hipline, and knees which is quite a lot.

She was sooo happy when she saw there is a thighgap on the same day of she had surgery.

4. Day 3

The pain getting better than yesterday. But still painful.

Once you visit the clinic for wounds clean the next day of the surgery, she needed to clean the wounds by herself every two days.

She nearly fainted when she put on and down the compression garment. 

Her older sister helped her to lay down and put a pillow under the legs.

There is a reason that she needs to lay down and take it on and off just in case she might have a dizziness.

5. Good Tips when you are planning for the liposuction!

- If you put the pillow under the legs and make it higher than your upperbody when you sleep after surgery, it helpful for disswelling more.

- Drink a lot of warm water and go to toilet several times even it bothers you. The liquid will be flushed out when you go to toilet and absorb into your body way faster than do it nothing.

- Do not stand when you take off the compression garment.

- If you are on menstruation on the surgery day, underwear type pad would be better.

- Rest in the recovery room at least 1 hour after surgery.
