" Sometimes, quite many people asking why I work out and control appetite so hard after large volume full body liposuction? 

Some people get a liposuction because they do not want to work out or want to eat what they want to eat.

However, I think Liposuction is a good diet boost as I work out and control appetites more harder after Liposuction.

I did not do only one area but also, I've done full body liposuction and separate to 2 operations.

Like the other plastic surgery, I would recommend to bring your guidance when you back home if you woke up from anesthesia slower than others.

For my case, I went to the clinic by myself and discharged myself on the surgery day - No problem to went back home myself.

I had started to having severe swelling on the 3rd days of a large volume Full Body Liposuction.

I never felt any pain until I got a big swelling goes down.

But the most worried about was nervousness because of slow disswelling.

You need to be in patient to get rid of fibrosis and swelling.(It will be gone after times)

There are a big differences whether you work out with appetite control or not.

I lost lots weight and body sizes are reduced a lot, but I know that there are extra effort by myself to be pretty. 

I am very happy with my result with a big size reduction and it improved my body line - I never expected that I can make this slim body in my life!

The most great thing from Liposuction is, my knees!

I do not have to suffer with knee pain anymore! (The pain was came from my excess body fat weight that pressing my knees too much)

I do not need to take health supplements (Calcium) for my bone issue since I had a Large Volume Full Body Liposuction!
