1. What is fat grafting or fat transfer?
 
A: Fat Grafting is a process in which fat is taken from one part of the body
and transferred to another.
Common uses for fat graftig are in facial rejuvenation or
BBL (a.k.a Brazilian Butt Lift) or
Breasts Augmentation.
 
 
2. Where is the fat taken from?
 
A: The fat is mostly taken from thighs or abdomen area where the people
most easy to get fat cells and also, cannot get rid of easly.
Which means the fat survival rate is much higher than fat taken from
other area.
 
3. How much fat is harvested for grafting?
 
A: The amount of fat harvested ultimately depends on how much fat is needed
and also, depends on the area one is correcting.
 
The face will often receive between 20cc~80cc of fat or more.
For Breasts, it is mostly recommend for the customers who wants to get breast augmentation
without implant or natural looking.
Depending on the customers chest/breast size and amount of the fat she has,
Approximately, inject from 100cc of fat in each chest/breasts as first procedure
For Fat Transfer Brazilian Butt Lift: inject from 500cc of fat in each butt or both.
 
 
 
4. How long does fat grafting last?
 
A: The fat that does survive will be permanent in most cases.
If the fat cells integrate and become part of one's body,
as is the goal of fat transfer,
then the results are long-lasting for those cells.
With over 20 years of experience, fat survival rate is 10-20% higher than others!
If says, Fat survival rate is about 50-60% at the first fat transplantation,
Then you will get 80~90% fat cell survival at the second fat transplantation.
 
Recommend you to get second fat transplanation within 3 months of
the first fat transplantation.
 
5. What is downtime for fat grafting?
 
A: Facial fat grafting: Large amounts of swelling and possible bruising for
up to 7 days.
Residual mild swelling for another week or two.
 
Breasts and BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) augmentation:
Mild to moderate swelling for up to 7 days.
